No Refunds Policy
Effective date: 19 June 2026
- We build your complete product first — the website or software is finished before any payment is requested.
- We show it to you. You can review every page, feature, and detail.
- Only once you're happy and ready to go live do we send you a payment link — which covers domain registration, hosting setup, and our service fee.
- Payment is made. We transfer ownership and deploy your product.
All Sales Are Final
Because you see and approve the complete, finished product before any money changes hands, we operate a strict no-refund policy. There is no risk of paying for something you haven't seen — you are paying to unlock and own work that is already done.
Once payment is confirmed via Lemon Squeezy, the transaction is final. Domain registration, hosting setup, and deployment costs are incurred immediately upon payment and cannot be recovered.
Lemon Squeezy Payments
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), who act as the merchant of record. Once payment is completed on their platform:
- Lemon Squeezy issues a receipt to your registered email immediately.
- DuNous receives a verified webhook notification and begins the handover process.
- The charge is final and non-reversible under this policy.
If you have a technical issue with your payment (e.g., charged twice, amount incorrect), contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will work with Lemon Squeezy to resolve it. Do not file a chargeback without contacting us first — doing so may result in the suspension of the project handover.
Exceptions
In the rare event that DuNous is unable to complete the handover after payment (e.g. due to technical failure on our end), we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
